Complaint
In case of incorrect delivery or a claim, please contact Sacpro AB as soon as possible, but no later than 10 days after receiving the item. Return the product in the same condition as it was received, along with a completed damage or defect report, and we will ensure you receive a fault-free or correct item.
NOTE! Before returning a defective or incorrectly delivered item, you must complete our claim form and submit it to Sacpro AB for approval. Download it here.
Repair
If you need a repair, please contact us as soon as possible to have your case registered. Send the product in its current condition along with a completed defect report, and we will assess the situation and carry out the necessary repairs.
