Helix Kapital partners with Sacpro AB, a trusted producer and supplier of relining technology and training for trenchless pipe rehabilitation for buildings. Sacpro’s founder and management will together with Helix accelerate the Company’s growth, with a focus on the Nordics and the US.

Sacpro is a leading provider and manufacturer of products and equipment for trenchless pipe rehabilitation for buildings. The Company has established industry-renowned brands through which it markets a complete range of relining equipment and materials. The own-developed product offering is complemented with products from leading international suppliers as well as training for installers. Customers are primarily pipe rehabilitation installation and service companies with projects in residential and commercial buildings in the Nordics and the US. The Company has 26 employees and operates today through Sacpro AB and its Finnish subsidiary Sacpro Oy.

Financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
