Return the product in the same condition as it was received, along with a completed damage or defect report, and we will ensure you receive a fault-free or correct item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NOTE!<\/strong> Before returning a defective or incorrectly delivered item, you must complete our claim form and submit it to Sacpro AB for approval. <a href=\"https:\/\/sacpro.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/reklamationsansprak.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Download it here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Repair<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need a repair, please contact us as soon as possible to have your case registered.
